
Mark and Leslie Randazzo bring gourmet flavor, sophisticated design and a little of their own romantic chemistry to
their celebrated wedding cakes. The two Culinary Institute of America graduates work closely with their clients to
develop creations that delight both the eye and the palate – and reflect the magic of the event. That’s why Mark
Joseph Cakes was voted The Knot’s 2011 “Best of Weddings” pick by local brides.
Mark brings an artist’s vision and a designer’s eye for detail to the process, detailing the cakes to match each
couple’s sensibility. But the pair places an equal emphasis on luscious flavors and divine textures. Their extraordinary
confections have been showcased on The Martha Stewart Show, NBC’s Today Show and CBS’ The Early Show, as well as in such
publications as Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides, New York Magazine and Modern Bride. Their cakes have also graced the
tables for events given by Tiffany & Co, The Frick Collection, and New York Fashion Week’s annual Fashion’s Night Out.
Mark was part of the winning team on the Food Network’s Extreme Cakes Challenge, and travelled to Hawaii to appear on
the special The Food Network Caters Your Hawaiian Wedding. But he and Leslie are proud to call New York home – and to
fulfill the most lavish wishes of any bride or groom.
